1. Services Offered:<\/strong><\/p>\n ASD Training & Consultancy provides training courses, consultancy services, and business coaching.<\/p>\n 2. Pre-payment:<\/strong><\/p>\n All training courses, consultancy work, and business coaching sessions require pre-payment. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the service.<\/p>\n 3. Payment Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit\/credit cards.] Details for payment will be provided upon booking confirmation.<\/p>\n 4. Booking Confirmation:<\/strong><\/p>\n Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and processed. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.<\/p>\n 5. Cancellation Policy:<\/strong><\/p>\n a. Training Courses:<\/p>\n – Cancellations made 14 days before the course start date or more are eligible for a refund up to 100% unless any costs have been incurred by which that amount will be deducted at cost.<\/p>\n – Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n b. Consultancy Work & Business Coaching:<\/p>\n – Cancellations made 10 working days or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a refund minus any incurred costs.<\/p>\n – Cancellations made less than 10 working days \u00a0before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.<\/p>\n 6. Rescheduling:<\/strong><\/p>\n a. Training Courses:<\/p>\n – Requests to reschedule training courses must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n b. Consultancy Work & Business Coaching:<\/p>\n – Requests to reschedule consultancy sessions or coaching appointments must be made at least 10 working days before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.<\/p>\n 7. Intellectual Property:<\/strong><\/p>\n All materials provided during training courses or consultancy sessions remain the intellectual property of ASD Training & Consultancy and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.<\/p>\n 8. Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n a. We endeavour to deliver high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.<\/p>\n b. ASD Training & Consultancy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.<\/p>\n 9. Governing Law:<\/strong><\/p>\n These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.<\/p>\n 10. Modification of Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n ASD Training & Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
