These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by ASD Training & Consultancy (ASD) to our clients (“you” or “your”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Offered:
ASD Training & Consultancy provides training courses, consultancy services, and business coaching.
2. Pre-payment:
All training courses, consultancy work, and business coaching sessions require pre-payment. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the service.
3. Payment Methods:
We accept payment via [list accepted payment methods: bank transfer, debit/credit cards.] Details for payment will be provided upon booking confirmation.
4. Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and processed. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
5. Cancellation Policy:
a. Training Courses:
– Cancellations made 14 days before the course start date or more are eligible for a refund up to 100% unless any costs have been incurred by which that amount will be deducted at cost.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date will not be eligible for a refund.
b. Consultancy Work & Business Coaching:
– Cancellations made 10 working days or more before the scheduled session will be eligible for a refund minus any incurred costs.
– Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
6. Rescheduling:
a. Training Courses:
– Requests to reschedule training courses must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled start date and are subject to availability.
b. Consultancy Work & Business Coaching:
– Requests to reschedule consultancy sessions or coaching appointments must be made at least 10 working days before the scheduled session and are subject to availability.
7. Intellectual Property:
All materials provided during training courses or consultancy sessions remain the intellectual property of ASD Training & Consultancy and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
8. Liability:
a. We endeavour to deliver high-quality services; however, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
b. ASD Training & Consultancy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10. Modification of Terms:
ASD Training & Consultancy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
